As part of NDA’s regular consultations with stakeholders in Washington, on April 1st, 2024, The Livingston Group–NDA’s lobbyist in Washington, DC–has circulated the enclosed Policy Brief to the U.S. Congress<\/a><\/strong>, the U.S. Administration (the National Security Council and the State Department), and human rights organizations.<\/div><\/div>

The Brief highlighted the Pashinyan administration’s anti-constitutional and defeatist policies vis-a-vis Azerbaijan as well as its human rights abuses and harassment of NDA leaders, activists, and other opposition members. The Brief also detailed Ambassador Ara Papian\u2019s recent high-level meetings and community outreach activities in Belgium and Germany.<\/div><\/div>
