In recent days, NDA’s lobbying firm, The Livingston Group, has been in close contact with the office of Congresswoman Dina Titus (D-NV) regarding their plans to introduce the “Azerbaijan Sanctions Review Act of 2024”, a legislation that will target and sanction an extensive list of senior Azeri officials.
Congresswoman Titus’ office has worked closely with TLG, having met Ambassador Ara Papian in December of 2023 and written to the U.S.

Department of State regarding the NDA. Most recently, Rep. Gus Bilirakis (R-FL), who has met both Ara Papian and Jirayr Sefilian in Washington, has joined Rep.

Titus on this important legislative effort. NDA endorses Congresswoman Titus’ and Congressman Bilirakis’ legislation, and will–through its lobbying firm–push for its passage in the House of Representatives.
