As part of NDA’s regular consultations with stakeholders in Washington, on April 1st, 2024, The Livingston Group–NDA’s lobbyist in Washington, DC–has circulated the enclosed Policy Brief to the U.S. Congress, the U.S. Administration (the National Security Council and the State Department), and human rights organizations.

The Brief highlighted the Pashinyan administration’s anti-constitutional and defeatist policies vis-a-vis Azerbaijan as well as its human rights abuses and harassment of NDA leaders, activists, and other opposition members. The Brief also detailed Ambassador Ara Papian’s recent high-level meetings and community outreach activities in Belgium and Germany.
