On January 7, members of the National Democratic Alliance’s Governing Board kicked off a series of planned meetings with Congressional leaders and members of the incoming administration in Washington.
The visiting delegation, composed of Ambassador Ara Papian and Dr. Vahe Gasparian, was joined by Dr. David Grigorian, a prominent economist and long-time advocate of Armenian issues in Washington.
The visit, which will take place until January 10, is organized by Elias Gerasoulis of Moran Global Strategies, NDA’s lobbying firm in Washington.
The discussions have centered around an impending aggression by Azerbaijan and failures by the Pashinyan regime to create meaningful deterrence against aggression.
The Pashinyan regime’s continued overtures to Russia and its failures to make meaningful headway with Armenia’s Western partners have also been discussed.
